Trinity & Tufts Selected for NCAA Baseball Tournament

NESCAC Champion Tufts and Runners-Up Trinity were selected for the 2026 NCAA Tournament field. The Jumbos earned the league's automatic bid while the Bantams were an at-large selection.

Regional action gets underway Friday, May 15. The NCAA Champion will be crowned on Thursday, June 4 at the Classic Auto Group Park in Eastlake, Ohio. 

All NCAA Tournament games will be webcast on the NCAA Champs Pass app available on smart TVs, computers, and mobile devices.

Trinity (27-13) will travel to Russell Sage College, where the Gators will host the regional action. The Bantams are matched up against Randolph-Macon College (26-14) and set to play the Yellow Jackets in the second game of the regional on Friday, May 15 at 2:30 p.m. at Central Park "A" Diamond in Schenectady, N.Y. Trinity is making its 13th appearance in the NCAA Tournament and its first since 2019. This is the Bantam's second tournament appearance under head coach Bryan Adamski.

For the first time in program history, the Jumbos will host an NCAA Tournament Regional Round May 15-17 at Sol Gittleman Park. Tufts (30-9) is the top seed in the four-team regional and welcomes No. 2 Kean (29-11-1), No. 3 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (31-13), and No. 4 Mitchell College (29-12). The Jumbos face Mitchell in the opening game of the weekend on Friday, May 15 at 11 a.m. Tufts is making its 11th appearance in the NCAA Tournament and first since the 2023 season.
