Four NESCAC teams - Colby, Tufts, Wesleyan, and Williams - were selected to the 2025 NCAA Division III Volleyball Tournament field. The four teams selected match the most in conference history (last: 2021).
The 64-team event begins on Thursday, November 20, with regional round action. Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois, will host the remaining rounds of the tournament December 3-6.
- Regionals: Thursday-Saturday, Nov. 20-22
- Quarterfinals: Wednesday, Dec. 3
- Semifinals: Thursday, Dec. 4
- National Championship: 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6

ncaa.com/champs-pass and the NCAA Championships Pass app, available on smart TVs. Quarterfinal, semifinal, and the championship match will be available on ESPN+.
Tufts, the NESCAC Champion, earned the conference’s automatic bid to the tournament field. The Jumbos are making their 13th NCAA appearance and first since 2023. Tufts was selected as a regional host for the first time since 2022. The Jumbos play Bridgewater State in the first round.
Colby, the NESCAC Runners-Up for the second year in a row, are making back-to-back NCAA appearances for the first time in program history. The Mules will travel to Middletown, Connecticut to compete in a regional hosted by Wesleyan. Colby faces Marymount (VA) in its first-round match.
Wesleyan, an at-large selection, was selected to host a regional at Silloway Gymnasium. The Cardinals are in the tournament field for the eighth time in team history and for the seventh time in eight seasons. Wesleyan squares off against NYU in a first-round match.
Williams, the third at-large selection for the NESCAC, is in the NCAA Tournament for the 16th time in program history and third time in four seasons. The Ephs travel to Cambridge, Massachusetts to face Franklin & Marshall in a regional hosted by MIT.
