Every Tuesday throughout the swimming & diving season, the NESCAC Swimming & Diving Performers of the Week will be announced. 

NESCAC Men's Swimming & Diving Performer of the Week | Weekly Release
Carrick Shea – Connecticut College – So. – Grafton, Mass.
Shea posted lifetime bests in the 50 freestyle (20.59) and 100 freestyle (45.78) races on Saturday versus Middlebury. The sophomore also recorded a lifetime unsuited best split in the 50 breaststroke in the 200 medley relay (24.77).

NESCAC Women’s Swimming & Diving Performer of the Week | Weekly Release
Eliza Marco – Colby – So. – Bath, Maine
Marco notched four victories to power Colby to a season-opening victory over Amherst. The sophomore won the 50 freestyle (23.77) and the 100 freestyle (52.24) races with times that lead the NESCAC. Marco also anchored the winning 200 medley relay (1:45.98) in 23.19 and ended the day splitting a 23.08 on the winning 200 freestyle relay (1:37.20). Both relay times are tops in the conference.
