NESCAC Volleyball Player of the Week
Tori Goldin – Tufts – Sr. – OH/OPP – Califon, N.J.
Goldin totaled 34 kills, averaged 4.25 kills per set, hit .321, and added 24 digs in a 2-0 weekend for the Jumbos. Against Williams, Goldin posted a career-high 22 kills and 18 digs to go with two assists in a five-set win over the Ephs. The outside hitter added 12 kills and six digs in a three-set win over Amherst on Saturday.
NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Bates – 
Chrissy Chu (Old Tappan, N.J.) turned in a balanced performance over the course of three matches last week. The junior dished out 23 assists in a win over Southern Maine, registered 21 assists against Hamilton, and 19 assists against Middlebury. The setter also tallied four kills against the Huskies and three against the Panthers. Chu also tallied a pair of service aces on the week and averaged just over two digs per set. Chu ranks seventh in the NESCAC at 6.02 assists per set.
Bowdoin – First-year 
Skye LaMendola (Farmers Branch, Texas) averaged 4.0 kills and 3.75 digs per set in a pair of NESCAC matches against Trinity and Wesleyan last weekend.
Colby - 
Brady Mosely (San Juan Capo, Calif) tallied a career-high 22 kills Saturday against Hamilton as Colby ran its win streak to three matches in a row in the NESCAC with wins over Middlebury and Hamilton.  The first-year moved up to fifth in the conference averaging 2.88 kills per set this season. With the wins over Middlebury and Hamilton, Colby moves into second place in the standings and secures a home match for the first round of the NESCAC playoffs for the first time since 2005.  
Conn. College – 
Rae Wartelle (Tacoma, Wash.) hit .293 with 27 kills over three matches for the Camels last week. The rookie finished with 10 kills on 17 swings in a 3-1 win over Eastern Connecticut and added a block and three block assists. In NESCAC play, Wartelle posted a season-high 14 kills at Trinity and chipped in a block and two block assists while also posting three kills at Wesleyan.
Middlebury – 
Ava Tuccio (Milford, Conn.) paced the Panthers with a .515 hitting percentage over three matches. The sophomore recorded the highest hitting percentage in the NESCAC this season (.812) against Union to lead the Panthers to a 3-1 win. During that match, Tuccio contributed to Middlebury tallying the best hitting percentage in four sets in the conference this year at .366, while tying for the second-most kills in four sets (58). Tuccio leads the NESCAC with a .390 hitting percentage. The middle hitter’s 13 kills against Union were a career-high.
Hamilton – 
Summer McClintic (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) posted two double-doubles in kills and digs in matches at Bates and Colby. McClintic recorded 13 kills, 11 digs, and two aces in a three-set win against the Bobcats. The senior added 10 kills, 17 digs, three assists, and an ace in a four-set loss against the Mules.
Trinity – 
Bella Caffuzzi (Brooklyn, N.Y.) was an anchor at the net for the Bantams during a 2-0 week for Trinity, tallying 17 kills with 16 blocks and two digs. In a 3-1 victory against Bowdoin, Caffuzzi recorded nine kills with a match-high seven blocks and two digs. The junior chipped in eight kills with a career-high nine blocks during a thrilling five-set victory over Connecticut College.
Wesleyan – 
KG Morton (Dripping Springs, Texas) helped Wesleyan remain undefeated at 8-0 in league play this season. Morton totaled 16 kills with no errors in 27 attempts for a .593 attack percentage while adding 12 digs and five total blocks in wins over Conn. College and Bowdoin. The senior opened with 10 kills in 15 attempts, hitting a season-best .667 while her 10 kills tied a season-high and added four digs and three total blocks in a sweep of the Camels. Morton followed up with six kills on 12 attempts with two blocks and tied her career-high with eight digs in a four-set victory over Bowdoin to help the Cardinals snap a four-match losing streak against the Polar Bears.
Williams – Senior 
Celia Adams (Houston, Texas) posted double-digit kills in both Ephs’ matches last weekend, including a 17-kill performance against Tufts on Friday and 14 kills against Endicott on Saturday. Overall, Adams averaged 3.88 kills per set while chipping in 15 total digs, five blocks, and two services aces.
