LEWISTON, Maine - When Bates men's soccer senior captain Alec Szwarcewicz transferred to Bates in 2019, he knew he wanted to get involved with youth soccer in Lewiston. Through a series of introductions, he soon connected with Chris White, executive director of the Rosati Leadership Academy, a new youth program that seeks to build leadership skills through the sport of soccer.
