On Wednesday's throughout the academic year the NESCAC will highlight the efforts and events the athletic departments across the conference are doing to support and foster inclusion on their respective campuses.

On February 27, 2025 the Hamilton Athletics student DEI team partnered with Dr. Koboul Mansour, Director of the Hamilton College Days-Massolo Multicultural Center in the first of a series of inclusion and belonging open conversations.

During the session, student-athletes engaged on a number of topics around creating more opportunities for belonging in and out of athletics. Students worked with the Days-Massolo Center in identifying perceived challenges around building belonging within teams with varying perspectives, and explored possible approaches in supporting inclusive team cultures.

The student DEI team is composed of student-athletes from each varsity intercollegiate sport. As inclusion and belonging leaders on their respective teams, student-athletes work to champion inclusive spaces and help to promote positive team culture inclusive of all perspectives.

The Days-Massolo Multicultural Center enhances the academic, intellectual, social, cultural, and leadership dimensions of the Hamilton community.
