ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The Tufts Jumbos will face the regional host, RIT, in a rematch of the 2021 NCAA Men's Lacrosse Semifinal game after a 17-10 win over Salisbury in the second game of the day in Rochester, N.Y. Bowdoin saw its historic season come to an end with a 20-14 loss to the host Tigers.

- The two teams combined for 11 goals in the first quarter with RIT holding a 6-5 edge.
- The Tigers broke open the game with seven goals in the second quarter and held the Polar Bears scoreless in the third to increase their lead to 17-6.

- Will Byrne, the NESCAC Rookie of the Year, contributed five points with three goals and two assists to lead Bowdoin.

- The Tufts Jumbos trailed 4-3 after the first quarter of play against Salisbury, but rallied with a seven-goal second quarter and outscored the Sea Gulls 14-6 over the final three quarters to earn a 17-10 victory.
- Mac Bredahl scored three of his four goals in the key second-quarter rally to push the Jumbos in front. Bredahl finished with a game-high eight points, adding four assists to his four tallied.
- Jack Boyden added seven points with four goals and three assists and Tommy Swank netted a team-best five goals. Connor Garzone made 10 stops in the Tufts net.
- Z.J. Shahin was credited with 16 saves for the Sea Gulls and Cross Ferrara tallied five points (4 goals, 1 assist).
- Tufts advances to face the regional host and defending NCAA Champion, RIT, in the semifinals. The game is slated for a 3 p.m. start in Rochester, N.Y. The Jumbos and Tigers square off in the semifinal round for the second straight season. RIT posted an 18-16 victory over Tufts in the 2021 semifinal.
