HARTFORD, Conn. - Following the 2004 NESCAC Women's Swimming and Diving Championships, the conference has announced the 2003-04 all-conference team. The top three finishers in each event at the Conference Championships receive all-conference recognition.
Connecticut College junior Kate Kovenock earned Swimmer of the Meet honors after setting three NESCAC meet records at the Championships. Williams diver Rachel Gealy won the 1-meter springboard competition and placed second in the 3-meter diving event on her way to being named Diver of the Meet. Gealy, who was named Diver of the Meet in 2001 and 2002, earned the Four-Year High Point Diver award. Williams senior Meredith Olson, who earned all-conference honors in six events, secured the Four-Year High Point Swimmer award. The Williams coaching tandem of Steve Kuster and Kit Koch earned Swimming and Diving Coaches of the Meet for the third consecutive season.
