HADLEY, Mass. - The NESCAC announced its 2025 Women's Rowing Awards. The 10-member squads are comprised of individuals from the league's eight teams and are based on each team's finish at the NESCAC Championship held on May 11 at Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester, Mass.
Tufts, the NESCAC Champion for the second year in a row, placed four individuals on the All-NESCAC First Team. Lucy Howell, Hannah Jiang (coxswain), Stella Shen, and Reilly Uiterwyk all received recognition.
Wesleyan, the NESCAC Runner-Up, was represented by Greta Armbrust, Cadence Cole, and Alexandra Stanislaw of Wesleyan. Isabel Mikheev and Abby Murphy of Williams and Trinity’s Alley Johnson rounded out the First Team selections.
Tufts head coach Lily Siddall was voted NESCAC Women's Rowing Coach of the Year by her peers for the second consecutive season. Siddall, who is in her fifth season at Tufts, led the Jumbos to the program's second straight NESCAC Championship. Tufts, the defending national champion, received an automatic berth to the NCAA Division III Women's Rowing Championship set for May 30 and 31 at Mercer Lake in West Windsor, N.J.
