WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. –
Williams College won the NESCAC Women's Golf Invitational on Sunday
afternoon. The one-day invitational, hosted in tandem with the
Williams Invitational at Taconic Golf Course, went to the Ephs over
Middlebury by two strokes, as Williams posted a 325 score.
Williams also came away the
winnever at the Williams Invitational with a two-day total of 646.
Middlebury was second with a score of 665, and Amherst in third
(691).
Panther senior Flora Weeks
(Seattle, Wash.) was the overall medalist, carding a 151. Weeks
tied junior teammate Keely Levins (Rutland, Vt.) for the low round
on Sunday, as both turned in 75 scores.
