What is your dream job/career?
A career that enables me to have a significant impact on the transition towards a decarbonized economy. We are experiencing unprecedented climatic changes while witnessing the development of cost-effective solutions driven by technological advancements. We must deploy these climate solutions as rapidly as possible to avoid the worst impacts of a warming planet!
What extracurricular activities or serviceactivities do you participate in?
I am a co-director of the SGA Environmental Sustainability Committee. Since my freshman year, I have contributed to and led a group that has sought to codify and expand climate education at Middlebury. We have also attempted to increase student access to outdoor spaces. I am also a member of the Sunday Night Environmental Group, Midd Climbing, and have been a RadicalHealth guide for multiple years.
What’s your go-to warm up song?

Have you studied abroad during your collegiate experience?
I studied abroad in Madrid, Spain during the fall semester of my junior year. I studied an array of subjects at Middlebury’s school in Madrid, including an art history course taught from inside a renowned art museum, a Spanish history course, and a political science class focused on the European Union. Madrid offers a student all they could desire: an excellent gastronomy, a strong sense of culture, a vibrant nightlife, and a commutable city.
What internships/research projectshave you participated in?
I interned with Energy Action Network during my sophomore summer, authoring a research report evaluating the best direct payment and credits mechanisms for a proposed economy-wide cap-and-invest program in Vermont. The objective of the report was to address the affordability concerns associated with cap-and-invest, a program designed to lower greenhouse gas emissions. Last summer I interned with a judge at the Superior Court of Santa Clara County, which developed my understanding of courtroom procedure, judicial decision-making, and litigation strategy. The experience in the courthouse motivated my aspirations to practice law.
