A total of 82 NESCAC athletes are among the 463 All-America athletes recognized by the College Swimmign & Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA) for their performances at the 2026 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships.
Individuals were selected based on their finish at the NCAA Division III Championship and current CSCAA membership. The top eight individuals and relay teams earned First Team All-America honors, while those finishing ninth through 16th received Second Team recognition. Institutions must be current CSCAA members for their student-athletes to be eligible.
Bates’ Peter Casares and Denison’s Gregg Parini were named CSCAA Men’s Swim Co-Coaches of the Year following outstanding seasons. Parini led the Big Red to their seventh NCAA team title in program history and a second consecutive championship, while Casares, in his 19th season at the helm of the Bobcats, guided Bates to the best finish in program history, placing sixth among 46 scoring teams. Bates also captured national titles in the 400 medley relay and the 100 breaststroke.
NESCAC athletes won three national titles - men's 400 medley relay (Bates), men's 100 breaststroke (Marrich Somridhivej, Bates),and men's 200 breaststroke (Carrick Shea, Conn. College) - and earned a combined 46 podium finishes at the NCAA Championships.
