NESCAC Honor Roll
Amherst – Paige Arnold (Oakland, Calif.) had some of their best in-season meets of their career last weekend. The junior kicked things off with an Amherst College and Pratt Pool Record in the 100 IM with a time of 57.85. Arnold also posted a time of 51.31 in the 100 freestyle, taking down a Kendra Stern pool record from 2011, and was a member of the 200 freestyle relay that set a Pratt Pool Record, splitting 23.48. On Saturday, Arnold set a new best time in the 100 backstroke (57.67) and a NCAA B-Cut time in the 200 freetyle (1:51.14).

Hamilton – Jade Matthias (Reading, Pa.) placed first in both of her individual events while contributing to strong relay performances, finishing second behind the Williams “A” relay in a double meet with Williams & Middlebury. The senior won the 50 freestyle (24.45) and the 50 butterfly (25.85) and posted a 24.80 50 butterfly split and a 23.87 50 freestyle split.

TrinityCharlotte Murphree (Chattanooga, Tenn.) had a great last dual meet. The junior started off the meet by posting a split of 29.1 in the breaststroke leg of the mixed medley relay. In the 100 breaststroke, Murphree swam a time of 1:04.63, just missing her own pool record but putting her fifth in the NESCAC in the event. She finished up the meet with the 200 breaststroke, swimming a time of 2:19.79, which is good for an NCAA B-Cut and ranks second in the NESCAC.

WesleyanAnnie Conway (Holden, Mass.) registered her fastest fly relay split of 25.5 on the butterfly leg of the 200 medley relay and posted a season-best time in the 100 butterfly (59.1), just one second off her best time. The senior recorded her fastest 50 split this season in the 200 freestyle relay (24.5).
