Williams & Bates Women's Basketball Teams Earn WBCA Academic Honors

The Williams and Bates women's basketball program were honored by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA).

The Ephs, coached by Pat Manning, had the 22nd-highest team GPA in Division III last season at 3.728, while Alison Montgomery's Bates squad earned special mention with a 3.579 GPA.

The WBCA Academic Top 25 recognizes NCAA Division I, II, and III, NAIA, and two-year college women's basketball teams across the nation that carry the highest combined GPAs inclusive of all student-athletes on their rosters for the entire season. The 2024-25 season is the 30th in which the WBCA has compiled the honor rolls.
