NESCAC Player of the Week
Garrett Kelly – Tufts – Jr. – M – Atlanta, Ga.
Kelly helped the Jumbos earn a pair of wins over Williams and No. 10 Wesleyan. Kelly finished the week with seven goals, including an overtime game-winner on Saturday at Wesleyan, which completed a hat trick. Kelly started the week with four goals on six shots against Williams, adding three ground balls and a caused turnover. The midfielder scored three goals at Wesleyan, including the game-winner 2:30 into overtime to help Tufts stay unbeaten (10-0, 6-0 NESCAC).
 
NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Amherst – Senior Nicholas Kopp (Damascus, Md.) continued his stellar season at the faceoff X, winning 68.0 percent of faceoffs (23-of-34) in two games last week. Kopp won 11-of-16 faceoffs on Wednesday against Wesleyan and 12-of-18 faceoffs on Saturday at Williams. Kopp has won the faceoff battle in every game this season and leads the NESCAC in faceoff percentage at 71.0 percent.

Bates – Long-stick midfielder Ben Miller (Scarsdale, N.Y.) scored a goal against Bowdoin and two goals against Connecticut College last week. Against the Camels, Miller tallied a career-high 10 ground balls and caused two turnovers in a 14-10 win for the Bobcats.
The senior ranks third in the NESCAC averaging two caused turnovers per game and ranks 10th with 4.17 ground balls per game.

Colby – Matthew Torrey (Hingham, Mass.) collected his first career win in the cage with 11 saves against Maine Maritime.  The sophomore made five stops in the fourth quarter to help the Mules protect a two-goal lead in the final 15 minutes. 

Conn. College – Liam Horkan (Malden, Mass.) recorded a team-high nine points on seven goals and two assists last week while leading the Camels to a split in league play. The junior notched his second six-goal game of the season and added an assist in a road win at Trinity. Horkan also delivered a goal and a helper in a loss to Bates over the weekend.
 
HamiltonJack Fried (Larchmont, N.Y.) posted an 11.00 goals against average and .585 save percentage and scooped up five ground balls in a 1-1 week. Fried stopped 16 shots in a 9-8 win against Trinity – the Continentals' first victory against the Bantams since 2015. The senior goalie added 15 saves in a 14-8 setback at Middlebury. 

Middlebury – Logan White (Parker, Colo.) tied his career-high with six points (3G, 3A) to pace Middlebury in a 15-7 win over Colby on Saturday. The Panther was second on the team in points (6G, 4A) in a 2-0 NESCAC week, helping the squad extend its unbeaten streak to five straight triumphs.
 
Trinity – Junior Jay Ottomanelli (Garden City, N.J.) racked up a team-high seven points across a pair of NESCAC clashes, tallying two goals and two assists against Conn. College, followed by a two-goal, one-assist performance at Hamilton.
 
Wesleyan - Jack Raba (Cheshire, Conn.) led the Wesleyan attack with 11 points (2G, 9A) in two games last week. The graduate student started with one goal and two assists in an 8-7 win at Amherst on Wednesday which secured the Cardinals back-to-back Little Three titles. Raba then tied the single-game team record with seven assists, adding one goal, for an eight-point effort at home against Tufts in an overtime loss. 
 
Williams – Junior Ryan Johnson (Somerset, N.J.) scored a hat trick in a 9-6 win over No. 6 Amherst Saturday afternoon. The junior also tallied an assist at No. 1 Tufts on Wednesday.
