NESCAC Co-Players of the Week
Patrick Fitzgerald – Bowdoin – Sr. – A – Chevy Chase, Md.
Fitzgerald paced the Bowdoin offense in a pair of wins last week. The senior attack scored a game-high three goals and three assists in the Polar Bears 12-6 win over Babson on Wednesday night. Fitzgerald turned around and scored a season-high seven goals in a 13-5 win versus Hamilton on Friday. The senior leads the Bowdoin offense with 36 goals this season.
 
Billy Curtis – Middlebury – Sr. – A – Beverly Farms, Mass.
With 1.8 seconds left in the contest, Curtis netted the game-winning goal to lift No. 15 Middlebury to a 10-9 upset win over No. 6 Wesleyan on Saturday.  The senior finished the week with 14 points (8G, 6A) to help the squad tally two straight victories. Curtis sits at 99 career goals and has moved into second place on Middlebury’s all-time assist list with 121, just eight assists shy of the record. The Panther also moved into a tie for fourth with 220 career points.
 
NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Amherst – Junior Bennett Chow (Chicago, Ill.) had a hand in five goals Saturday in the Mammoths' 17-9 win over Roanoke, scoring twice and assisting on three other tallies. The Mammoths won their seventh straight game, their longest such streak under head coach Sean Woods. Chow is tied for the team lead in assists (9) and points (24).

Bates – Miles Schmidt (Seattle, Wash.) continued his outstanding season in the face-off circle for Bates, winning 15-of-20 against Wheaton while recording 10 ground balls. The sophomore also won 6-of-12 against Trinity, with two ground balls and a caused turnover. Schmidt's face-off win percentage for the season stands at .681, third-best in the NESCAC and 23rd in NCAA Division III. His 139 faceoffs won this year are the most in the conference and the 10th-most in Division III.
 
Colby – Bennett Goller (Napa, Calif.) had a hand in his second overtime game-winner of the season on Tuesday at MIT.  The senior tallied four goals and one assist in regulation and added his second assist less than a minute into overtime.  With five more points (2G, 3A) in a setback versus No. 1 Tufts, Goller ranks eighth in the NESCAC with 3.86 points per game. 

Conn. College – Aidan McAvoy (Charlotte, N.C.) led the offense with five goals and an assist last week as the Camels posted a 1-1 record. The senior netted a hat trick and added an assist in a win over Salve Regina, securing his 100th career point with a tally early in the second half. Also notched a pair of goals in a setback against Williams over the weekend.
 
Hamilton – Senior Jack Fried (Larchmont, N.Y.) posted a .592 save percentage and 10.00 goals against average in a 1-1 week for the Continentals. Fried recorded 10 saves in a 10-7 win at Ithaca and made a season-high 19 stops, including four ground balls, in a 13-5 setback at Bowdoin.

Trinity – Senior Jordan Opdahl (Rockville, Md.) led the Bantams to a pair of victories, logging an .826 save percentage with 38 saves and a 4.00 goals against average. During a 9-4 win at Vassar, Opdahl limited the Brewers to four goals with 17 saves, followed by a 21-save performance in a 7-4 NESCAC victory over Bates, matching a season-high for saves.
 
Tufts – Junior attack Beau Keough (Brookline, Mass.) had a strong week for the Jumbos. He  tallied back-to-back four-point games as the Jumbos stayed unbeaten on the year. Tuesday at Union, Keough had two goals and two assists in a 20-10 win over the Garnet Chargers, and followed that up with a career-high four assists in a 15-7 win over Colby on Saturday. 
 
Williams – Goalie Matt Wetmore (Virginia Beach, Va.) made 34 saves and allowed 17 goals for a .667 save percentage in a 1-1 week for the Ephs. Wetmore earned the win, tying a season-best 21 saves and allowing only five goals in a 14-5 triumph at Connecticut College on Saturday. The senior made 13 saves and allowed 12 goals at No. 4-ranked Christopher Newport on Wednesday.
