NESCAC Player of the Week
Augusta Dixon – Middlebury – Sr. – G – Charleston, S.C.
Dixon posted her 24th career double-double to help Middlebury top Williams, 70-54, to remain unbeaten at home (6-0). The senior shot 64 percent from the floor (9-14 FG) and netted 20 points, while her 17 boards propelled her into third on Middlebury’s all-time rebounding list with 760. 

NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Amherst – Laura Mendell (Westport, Mass.) averaged 16.5 points and 4.5 assists per game to lead the Mammoths to two victories last week, a Little 3 win over Williams, 63-49, and a 65-58 conference win over Hamilton. Against Williams, Mendell led Amherst with 13 points, six rebounds, and five assists while also shooting 4-of-4 from the free throw line. In the win over Hamilton, the junior connected on six straight free throws in the final 90 seconds and finished with a team-high 20 points. She shot 9-of-11 from the line, making her 13-of-15 from the charity stripe for the week. Mendell also contributed four assists and two steals against the Continentals.

Bates Sophie Spolter (Blacklick, Ohio) started her week with nine points on 4-of-6 shooting in 13 minutes in a 77-45 win over the University of Maine at Farmington. The junior also grabbed six rebounds, dished out an assist, and blocked a shot against the Beavers. Spolter followed that up with 17 points on 5-for-9 shooting, six rebounds, four assists, and a steal on Saturday against UMass Dartmouth. 
 
Bowdoin – Bowdoin senior Sydney Jones (Chestnut Hill, Mass.) averaged 17.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists, and 4.0 rebounds in a 2-0 week for the Polar Bears, who improved to 17-0 on the season and gained sole possession of first place in the NESCAC standings. The senior scored a game-high 19 points with nine boards, seven steals, and five assists in a Tuesday win over St. Joseph's before totaling 15 points with seven assists and six rebounds against Colby on Saturday. For the week, she connected on 58.3 percent of her shots from the floor (14-24 FG). 
 
Colby – First-year Caroline Hartley (Scarborough, Maine) collected her first career double-double in a midweek victory over Thomas College. Playing all 40 minutes, the guard tallied 19 points, 11 rebounds, and added four blocks and three assists while going 8-for-13 from the floor. 
 
Conn. College – Mia Xerras (Charlotte, N.C.) netted a game-high 12 points in Conn. College's lone game against Tufts last week. The sophomore guard shot 4-for-7 from 3-point range and finished with two rebounds, one assist, and one steal. 
  
Hamilton – Sophomore Kendall Harris (Chapel Hill, N.C.) scored a team-high 19 points in a 65-58 setback at Amherst. Junior Taylor Lambo (Watertown, Mass.) recorded a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds. It was Lambo's 10th double-double this season. Senior Sam Glickman (Tiburon, Calif.) chipped in a career-high 11 points off the bench and was 4-of-7 from the field.
 
Trinity – Sophomore Avery Marzo (Shrewsbury, Mass.) led the Bantams to a crucial 63-50 road victory at Wesleyan in their lone game of the week. Marzo netted a career-high 21 points, connecting on a career-high 9-of-16 from the floor, with two rebounds, two blocks and a steal.
 
Tufts – Senior Sofia Gonzalez (Glendale, Calif.) continued her strong play for the Jumbos who won their third straight on Saturday with a 59-43 victory over Connecticut College. Gonzalez was 8-for-19 overall from the floor, scoring a game-high 20 points to go with a season-high seven steals. The seven steals were the most in a game by a Jumbo and tied for the most of any NESCAC player this season. 
 
WesleyanFelicia Fongemie (Ashford, Conn.) averaged 17.0 points per game on 46.2 percent shooting while also putting up 7.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game with zero turnovers in 69 minutes of action. The sophomore opened the week with 22 points (8-13 FG) and six assists in a win over Worcester State. She followed with her first career double-double, totaling 12 points and 10 rebounds against Trinity. 
 
Williams – Senior Ellie Tounkara (Rockville, Md.) a team-high 17 points (7-14 FG, 3-8 3FG) to go along with four rebounds and two assists at Middlebury on Saturday.
