NESCAC Volleyball Player of the Week
Brady Moseley – Colby – So. – OH – San Juan Capo, Calif.
Moseley led the Mules to a 3-0 upset sweep of No. 19 Ithaca on Friday.  The sophomore recorded double-digit kills for the 13th time this season with 12, added an ace, two total blocks, and 12 digs.  Against the top-ranked Juniata squad on Saturday, Moseley led the Mules in kills with 11 as the Eagles defended their perfect record and issued Colby just its second loss of the season (25-21, 25-22, 25-21). 

NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Amherst – Kinsey Cronin (Medford, Minn.) had a team-high nine kills with a .615 hitting percentage in a 3-0 loss to Emerson on Saturday. The senior added two blocks and a dig in the loss. Cronin leads the team in blocks (57) and hitting percentage (.323.).
 
BatesSofia Castiglioni (Berkeley, Calif.) notched a team-high 12 kills with a hitting percentage of .500, adding two service aces, two digs, and two blocks in a 3-2 (25-17, 25-19, 18-25, 25-27, 15-13) win over Salve Regina on Saturday. The sophomore followed up with four kills, three digs, and a service ace against Lasell. Castiglioni ranks 10th in the NESCAC in hitting percentage at .298.
 
Bowdoin - Sophomore Skye LaMendola (Farmers Branch, Texas) had season highs in kills (23) and digs (20) Friday night as the Polar Bears earned a five-set win at Wellesley.
 
Conn. CollegeKatherine Randall (Chicago, Ill.) recorded a team-high 25 kills and hit .440 last week as the Camels swept non-conference matches against WPI and Fitchburg State. The senior tallied a season-high 14 kills on 32 swings in the 3-0 win over the Engineers. Randall hit a season-high .556 against the Falcons and led all players with 11 kills while adding four aces and six digs.

Hamilton – Drew Stimson (Belvedere Tiburon, Calif.) led the Continentals with eight kills and two aces and tied the team high with two blocks in a three-set loss against Wheaton on Saturday. Later that afternoon in a four-set loss to William Smith, Stimson topped Hamilton again with 13 kills and added four blocks. The senior finished the day with just six errors in 55 attack attempts.
 
Middlebury – Rookie Annabella Rando (San Jose, Calif.) averaged 4.27 digs per set in a three-match weekend for Middlebury. The Panther played in all 11 sets against several strong opponents and had a career-high three service aces against No. 4 MIT.
 
Trinity – Senior Bella Caffuzzi (Brooklyn, N.Y.) helped led the Bantams to a pair of victories last weekend. In a 3-1 victory over Clark, Caffuzzi slammed eight kills with a match-high four blocks. In a three-set sweep of Norwich, Caffuzzi tallied a match-high 12 kills with a block. For the season, Caffuzzi leads the conference in blocks (86) and ranks fourth in hitting percentage (.314).
 
Tufts – Sophomore Akpevwe Akpoigbe (Lake Zurich, Ill.) was named to the 2024 New England Challenge All-Tournament Team as she helped Tufts to a 2-1 record with wins over Springfield and Babson while falling in four sets to No. 4 MIT. Akpoigbe hit .400 for the week, posting 19 kills on 35 attempts while adding nine total blocks in 11 sets. 
 
Wesleyan – Sophomore Fiona LaCamera (Norton, Mass.) made history on Saturday, registering 14 total blocks to set a new single-match team record in a five-set loss to Ithaca at home. 
 
WilliamsSidra Wohlwend (Henderson, Nev.) anchored the Ephs' defense at the New England Challenge over the weekend, averaging 3.45 digs per set across all three matches. The senior also chipped in with 14 assists and two services aces.
