Every Tuesday throughout the swimming & diving season, the NESCAC Performers of the Week will be announced. The men's swimming & diving performer of the week and honor roll performers for January 30 are listed below.

NESCAC Men's Swimming & Diving Performer of the Week
Henry Liu – Amherst – Fy. – Atlanta, Ga.
Liu had a stellar meet against Connecticut College, earning three victories and setting two Amherst pool records. In the 100 breaststroke, the newcomer finished with a time of 55.86 and set a new pool record. In the 200 breaststroke, Liu broke another pool record with a personal best time of 2:01.53. The first year finished the meet with another strong performance in the 200IM, touching the wall in a time of 1:54.70 to notch his third victory.

NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Bates – Marrich Somridhivej (Windsor, Conn.) continued his strong sophomore year sweeping the breaststroke events in a meet hosted by Tufts. Unsuited against the Jumbos, Somridhivej posted a split of 25.7 in the relay, then went on to win the 50 and 100 breaststroke events with times of 26.4 and 58.4, respectively. Somridhivej also put up a freestyle split of 21.2 to show off his versatility for the team.

Conn. College – Cam Bizjak (Willoughby, Ohio) won both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving competitions on consecutive days against Amherst and Holy Cross. The first-year's 1-meter score of 275.90 marked the third time meeting the NCAA Regional Diving cut.

Hamilton – Nathaniel Taft (Fairfield, Conn.) placed first in all four events that he competed in last weekend in the double-dual meet with Middlebury and Williams. Taft's 200 freestyle time of 1:40.04 reset his own school record and set a new pool record which had stood since 1995. The rookie followed that swim up with a time of 21.77 in the 50 freestyle, swam a time of 45.81 100 freestyle, and then led off the 200 freestyle relay with a 20.82 split. 

Wesleyan – Dealing with some previous injuries, Sam Anderson (Sherman Oaks, Calif.) posted all-time season best times last weekend against Colby. The senior finished the 100 butterfly in a time of 52.5 and posted a time of 22.8 in the 50 freestyle with a 22.3 200 medley relay split. 

Williams - Haochen Liu (Scarsdale, N.Y.) made quite a splash in the diving world during back-to-back meets. Liu started his day strong, securing victories on both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards against MIT and NYU. Liu displayed exceptional form on the 3-meter board, scoring an impressive 288.25, followed by a stellar 1-meter performance of 269.80. Liu continued his winning streak in the meet against Hamilton and Middlebury, conquering the 3-meter and 1-meter boards once again. The rookie posted dives on the 3-meter board earned him a score of 292.10, while he notched a score of 279.80 on the 1-meter board. Liu's outstanding performances on both days have earned him a spot in the NCAA Diving Regionals, courtesy of his excellence on the 3-meter board. As if dominating the diving scene wasn't enough, Liu decided to cap off his weekend by joining a 200 freestyle relay, where he showcased his versatility by recording a swift time of 23.71.
