HADLEY, Mass. - Five NESCAC teams were selected for the 2021 NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championship. Middlebury earned the conference's automatic bid by winning the NESCAC title. Amherst, Connecticut College, Hamilton, and Wesleyan will join the Panthers in the 64-team field as at-large selections.

Middlebury is making its 13th NCAA Tournament appearance after winning the NESCAC title for the fifth time overall. The Panthers will face Lynchburg (Old Dominion Athletic Conference) in the first round at Misericordia.
Amherst will host first and second-round games and plays Lesley (NECC) to open up its NCAA Tournament. The Mammoths, a NESCAC Semifinalist, are in the NCAA Tournament for the ninth time in the last 10 seasons and 19th time overall.
Connecticut College earns a spot in the NCAA Tournament field for the fifth time and first since 2017. The Camels travels to Scranton and will face SUNY Geneseo (SUNYAC) in the first round.
Hamilton, a NESCAC Semifinalist, will play Johnson & Wales (GNAC) in a first-round match at William Smith. The Continentals are making their fifth NCAA appearance and first since 2017.
Wesleyan, the NESCAC Runner-Up, will host the first and second rounds in its NCAA Tournament debut. The Cardinals will face Penn St.-Behrend (Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference) in their opening match.
