    Junior Scott Blumenthal was named NESCAC Player of the Week after leading Tufts to a pair of wins over Bowdoin. The midfielder was at his best on Saturday, when he scored twice for the Jumbos in their 3-0 triumph over the Polar Bears in the quarterfinal round of the NESCAC Championship.

    Senior John Murphy earned NESCAC Player of the Week honors after exploding for seven points in a 2-0 week for Bates. The midfielder piled up three goals and two assists in the Bobcats' 5-1 victory at Southern Maine on Wednesday. He added two more tallies in a 2-0 triumph at Middlebury on Saturday.

    Senior Spencer Noon earned NESCAC Player of the Week honors after recording five points in a perfect 3-0 week for Amherst. In the process, he became the first player in program history to reach 100 career points. The forward found the back of the net twice in the Lord Jeffs' 6-0 triumph over Trinity.

    Junior Zach Danssaert scored three times in a 2-1-0 week for Bowdoin. The midfielder was at his best on Tuesday, when he collected a pair of goals in a 4-0 win over St. Joseph’s of Maine. He also found the back of the net in a heartbreaking 3-2 double overtime setback to Williams on Sunday.
