Meet Harith Khawaja - Amherst Men's Squash

Harith Khawaja, a native of Lahore, Pakistan, excelled both on the squash court and in the classroom at Amherst. He was tabbed as a College Squash Association (CSA) Scholar-Athlete and earned Second Team All-NESCAC honors as a sophomore and senior.
Khawaja collected nine wins in 2018-19, playing at both the No. 2 and No. 4 spots in the lineup. Out of the nine victories, five of them came in shutout fashion.
From January 10 through January 26, Khawaja won five of his seven matches, including three straight victories over opponents from MIT, Hamilton, and Wesleyan. He would go on to collect a conference win against Bates and two wins over Bowdoin at the No. 2 spot in the lineup.
At the 2018 CSA Championships, Khawaja earned one of two points for the Mammoths in an opening-round loss to Dickinson.
The three-time NESCAC All-Academic selection, Khawaja also represented Amherst in the CSA Individual Championships in 2017.
