NESCAC Women’s Soccer Player of the Week
Lila Sullivan – Hamilton – So. – F – Charlestown, Mass.
Sullivan scored both goals for the Continentals in their 2-0 win at Connecticut College – Hamilton's lone match of the week. Sullivan, who found the back of the net in the seventh and 42nd minutes, is second in the NESCAC with eight goals and 17 points.
 
NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Amherst – Junior Pao Monter (Washington, D.C.) had a goal and an assist in the Mammoths' 5-1 win at Smith last week, a 1-1 campaign for the team. 
 
Bates – Gwyn Jamison (Steamboat Springs, Colo.) tallied her second goal of the season to get the Bobcats to within one Saturday in rainy conditions at No. 7 Wesleyan. The junior ranks second on the team in points with eight (2 goals, a career-high 4 assists) this season. 
 
Colby – Madison Genser (Newton, Center, Mass.) anchored Colby’s 2–0 NESCAC victory over Trinity, setting up both Mule goals. Operating as the primary catalyst in Colby's attack, Genser first unlocked the defense in the 13th minute with a crisp assist for the opening tally before doubling the advantage early in the second half by teeing up a second assist for the game-clinching strike. Beyond her game-high two assists, Genser was a relentless engine in the midfield across her 58 minutes of action, constantly initiating transition attacks and keeping the opposing defensive unit under sustained pressure to secure Colby’s sixth win of the season.
 
Conn. College - First-year forward Danica Zicha (Belmont, Mass.) led Conn. College to a 1-1 week. On Wednesday night, Zicha tallied the lone goal with 73 seconds remaining, as the Camels defeated Coast Guard, 1-0, to retain the Whale Cup. On Friday against Hamilton, Zicha led the Conn. College attack with a team-high two shots.
 
Middlebury – Junior Taya McClennen (Jackson, Wyo.) scored the game-winning goal just 2:30 into the match as the Panthers tallied a 4-1 victory over Bowdoin. The midfielder also recorded an assist on Middlebury’s final goal of the game in the 74th minute. McClennen leads the team with three tallies on the season.
 
Tufts – The Jumbos captured a 2-0 upset win over No. 4 MIT in their lone game this week. Maile Lung (Westwood, Mass.) buried her first collegiate goal in her first career start. The rookie defender also played the full 90 minutes to help fuel the victory.
 
Wesleyan – Maria Utz (Atlanta, Ga.) posted one goal and one assist in a pair of 3-1 wins for Wesleyan last week as the Cardinals defeated Springfield on the road and Bates at home. Utz assisted on the opening goal at Springfield and scored an insurance marker in the 72nd minute on Tuesday. The senior followed with an assist on the opening goal on a rain-soaked Saturday against Bates before chipping the goalie in the 87th minute to make it 3-1 late in the win over the Bobcats. Utz leads the NESCAC in goals and points. She has scored in three straight games and has at least one point in seven of eight games this season.
 
Williams – Senior Reece Willison (Simsbury, Conn.) played an outstanding game defensively and buried the first goal of the contest in the 23rd minute in as the No. 18-ranked Ephs posted a 3-1 victory over Amherst on Saturday.
