NESCAC Men’s Soccer Player of the Week
Will Stillman – Bates – So. – M – Windsor, Conn.
Stillman scored his first collegiate goal at the perfect time, finding the back of the net in the 84th minute to propel Bates to a 1-0 win over Wesleyan on Saturday. It's the Bobcats' first NESCAC victory of the season and their first over the Cardinals since 2019.
 
NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Amherst – In the Mammoths’ lone game of the week, junior Trey Sheppard (Columbus, Ohio) made four saves in a 1-0 loss at Williams.
 
Colby – Junior Anthony Bugliari (Madison, N.J.) delivered a hat-trick in Sunday's draw with Husson. In the non-conference clash with the Eagles, the junior forward produced all three of Colby’s goals, netting back-to-back strikes in the first half before delivering the equalizer in the 85th minute. In Saturday's 1-0 win over Trinity, Bugliari was on the field for 67 minutes, playing a combined 123 minutes for the week.
 
Conn. College – Senior midfielder Max Weiss (Weston, Conn.) led Conn. College to a 2-0 win over Hamilton with a goal and an assist in the only game of the week. Weiss set up teammate Marco Perugini for the opening goal in the 13th minute. Early in the second half, Weiss finished off a pass from Chase Corcoran to lead the Camels to the win.
 
Hamilton – Tobin Walsh (Glastonbury, Conn.) made three saves in a 0-0 tie at No. 3 Middlebury. The clean sheet was Walsh's first this season and the third of the sophomore's Hamilton career.
 
Middlebury – Leon Brody (Candiac, Quebec) continued to excel in net in a 1-0-1 conference weekend for Middlebury. The junior opened the week with two stops in a 0-0 tie with Hamilton before adding three stops in a 2-0 road shutout of No. 15 Bowdoin. Brody’s performance extended his shutout streak to six consecutive matches. Middlebury is the only men’s team in Division III to not allow a goal this season. 
 
Tufts – The Jumbos played to a scoreless draw against WPI on Friday in Tufts' only game this week. Graduate student Nikola Antic (Waltham, Mass.) stopped four shots to earn his third clean sheet of the season and 27th of his career. 
 
Williams – First-year midfielder Nick Appleton (Bethesda, Md.) buried his first collegiate goal and the game-winning tally in the 90th minute in a 1-0 victory over Amherst.
