The New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) recently announced its annual honors. Bowdoin attack Casey Ryan and head coach Bill Mason were named the NEILA Player and Coach of the Year, respectively.

Mason, the NESCAC Coach of the Year, led the Polar Bears to the NESCAC Men's Lacrosse Runners-Up and advanced to the NCAA Semifinals for the third year in a row. Bowdoin finished the season with a 19-2 record. Casey, the NESCAC Player of the Year, finished the season leading the NESCAC in points (125) and assists (52) to go along with 73 goals.

In addition to the two individual honors, 43 players from the conference garnered All-Region honors.
