HADLEY, Mass. – The track & field teams from all 11 NESCAC institutions will convene at Williams College's Lee Track for the 2026 NESCAC Track & Field Championships. The Ephs are hosting the event for the first time since 2015.
The NESCAC Championships will be a two-day championship for the first time since 2002. On Saturday, April 25, the field events begin at 1 p.m., and the track events start at 2 p.m. On Sunday, April 26, both track and field events are scheduled to start at 11 a.m.

2025 Championship Recap | Results
The Middlebury men and Williams women won NESCAC titles at the 2025 Championships hosted by Wesleyan.
The Panthers won five events and posted 14 All-NESCAC performances to earn their third NESCAC Men's Track & Field title in program history and first since winning back-to-back conference crowns in 2018 and 2019. Middlebury athletes combined to score 169 points to beat out runners-up Amherst by five points. The Mammoths finished as runners-up for the second consecutive season, totaling a NESCAC Championship program-best 164 points.
A total of four records were broken during the men's championship, and Colby's Levi Biery tied the 400 hurdles mark set by former Tufts standout Tom Guglielmo in 1991.
Williams won five events and posted 12 All-NESCAC performances to win its 27th women's track & field title and first since 2019, with 156 points. The Ephs were six points better than runners-up Amherst, which finished second with 150 points and was runners-up for the second consecutive season.
The 2025 NESCAC Women's Track & Field Championship featured six NESCAC record-breaking performances.
Championship History
Six schools have won the NESCAC Men's Outdoor Track & Field title, led by Williams with 23 overall titles. The Ephs' last NESCAC crowns came in 2016 and 2017. Tufts' title in 2024 was the eighth for the Jumbos, while Trinity won four titles between 1984 and 1989. Middlebury, the defending NESCAC Champion, won its third title last season. Bates won two championships 12 years apart in 2000 and 2012, and Colby claimed the NESCAC title in 1986.
Five programs have won a NESCAC Women's Outdoor Track & Field title. Williams, the defending NESCAC Champion, won its 27th crown in 2025 and has won 19 of the last 23 titles. The Jumbos have won four NESCAC titles, including three straight from 1986 to 1988, to go along with their most recent championship in 2013. The Panthers' 2024 title marked the fifth time Middlebury claimed the top spot in the team standings. Bowdoin won back-to-back championships in 1992 and 1993, and Colby claimed the conference titles in 1984 and 1985.
