NESCAC Player of the Week
Fritz Hauser – Wesleyan – Sr. – F – Waterford, Vt.
Hauser drained three straight 3-pointers in the opening two minutes of the game en route to a career-high 30-point performance in Sunday's 83-61 home win over Bates. Hauser went 11-for-18 from the floor and 8-for-13 from three, finishing just one made 3-pointer away from matching the single-game program record. The 30-point showing easily eclipsed Hauser's previous career-high of 21 points, which he had scored twice previously.

NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Amherst – Marc Garraud (Lynn, Mass.) averaged 15.0 points per game while shooting 52.4 percent from the floor last week as the Mammoths went 2-0, defeating Tufts 65-62 and Conn. College to finish the regular season a perfect 14-0 at LeFrak Gymnasium. The junior had 13 points and three rebounds in the win over Conn. College and led Amherst with 17 points versus the Jumbos 

Bates – Jamari Robinson (Holbrook, Mass.) scored a career-high 27 points on 7-for-14 shooting, hitting 3-of-6 from 3-point range, and grabbed six rebounds against No. 5 Trinity on Friday. The rookie followed up with a team-high 18 points on 8-for-14 shooting, hitting 2-of-4 from 3-point range with five rebounds against No. 18 nationally ranked Wesleyan on Sunday.

Bowdoin – Sophomore Ray Cuevas (Ipswich, Mass.) led the Polar Bears to a sweep of Middlebury and Williams, knocking down a game-winning three-pointer against the Panthers on Friday and scoring a game-high 21 against Williams on Saturday as the Polar Bears clinched their first NESCAC postseason berth since 2022. Down by two late against Middlebury, Cuevas hit a three-pointer to give Bowdoin a 77-76 lead with 16 seconds and secured the win with a steal on the other end of the court. Against Williams, Cuevas posted 21 points as the Polar Bears beat Williams for the first time since 2019. Bowdoin's five conference wins are its most since 2015. 

Colby – Sophomore Dan Civello (South Weymouth, Mass.) led Colby to wins over Williams and Middlebury as the Mules clinched a NESCAC playoff spot with two games to play. The sophomore tallied 22 points against the Ephs, going 9-for-12 from the field, including 4-for-5 from beyond the arc. Civello scored 19 of his 21 against the Panthers in the second half as Colby clawed its way back from a double-digit deficit to tie the game with six minutes to play. He went 9-for-9 at the line, all in the final 15 minutes of play. 

Conn. College – Dylan Watson (Mount Kisco, N.Y.) averaged 15.0 points and 11.5 rebounds per game last week as the Camels went 1-1 in NESCAC play. The junior finished with 19 points and a game-high 13 rebounds in an 86-75 win at Hamilton, Conn. College's first in Clinton since the 2009-10 season. Watson added 11 points, 10 boards, two assists, and two steals in a setback at Amherst. Watson shot 11-for-21 from the floor, went 7-for-9 from the foul line, and grabbed 11 of his 23 rebounds on the offensive end in the two games.

Hamilton – Garret Keyhani (Hillsborough, Calif) averaged 19.5 points and 6.0 rebounds in two home games. Keyhani dropped in 16 points and converted a season-high seven free throws on eight attempts in an 86-75 setback against Connecticut College. The senior led the Continentals with 23 points, nine boards, and two blocked shots in the last home game of his career in a 102-71 loss against No. 9 Tufts.

Middlebury – Senior Evan Flaks (Baltimore, Md.) netted double-digits in both contests last weekend. The guard rattled off a career-high 32 points, the most by a NESCAC player this season, on 14-of-22 shooting alongside five rebounds in a  77-76 setback to Bowdoin. The Panther added 10 points and three rebounds against Colby.

Trinity – Senior Henry Vetter (Kenilworth, Ill.) led the Bantams with a team-high 20 points, five rebounds, four assists, and two steals in an 88-77 victory over Bates. Vetter shot 5-of-11 from the field with a pair of 3-pointers, along with a perfect 8-for-8 effort at the free throw line.

Tufts - In a weekend road split with Amherst and Hamilton, Scott Gyimesi (Fair Haven, N.J.) averaged 19.0 points per game while shooting 51.9 percent from the field overall and 55.6 percent from beyond the arc. The senior added 9.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.5 blocks, and 1.0 steals through the two contests. In a 65-62 setback at Amherst, Gyimesi collected 14 points,  eight rebounds, two assists, and two blocks. In a 102-71 win over Hamilton, Gyimesi shot 8-for-14 from the field and was 3-for-3 from deep and added 10 rebounds, three assists, two steals, and one block.

Williams – Hudson Hansen (Bellevue, Wash.) averaged 15.5 points during two games last week for the Ephs. The senior finished with a team-high 15 points, shooting 6-for-8 from the field, at Colby on Friday. Hansen recorded a team-high 16 points, to go along with five rebounds and shooting 7-for-8 from the free-throw line, at Bowdoin on Saturday.
