NESCAC Player of the Week
Hayden Hanes – Wesleyan – Jr. - F – Greenwich, Conn.
Hanes piled up four points on three goals and one assist for the Cardinals in a pair of NESCAC wins over Williams and Middlebury, outscoring those two opponents by a combined score of 10-3, and propelling the Cardinals to third place in the conference standings. Hanes posted one assist in Wesleyan's 6-1 win over Williams, which tied for the largest margin of victory for the Cardinals against the Ephs in the series history. The junior followed with a three-point game, scoring twice and assisting on another, in the Cardinals' 4-2 win over Middlebury. The forward scored twice in a span of less than four minutes, the second of which proved to be the game-winner for the Cardinals.

NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Amherst – Matt Vander Vort (Edina, Minn.) notched a goal and an assist in a 1-0-1 week for the Mammoths. The junior scored the Mammoths’ first goal in a 2-2 tie with Colby on Friday and assisted the game-winning goal in the second period of a 2-1 upset over No. 14 Bowdoin on Saturday. 

Bowdoin – First-year Pierre Larocque (Chester Springs, Pa.) scored his first career goal in the second period, tying the game at Hamilton on Friday evening in an eventual 3-2 setback for the Polar Bears.

Colby – Jayden Grier (Needham, Mass.) enjoyed a four-point week for Colby. The junior collected two assists, including a helper on the game-winner, in a midweek victory over St. Anselm, and tallied a goal and an assist as Colby skated to a 2-2 tie with Amherst. Grier’s goal against the Mammoths came midway through the third period to tie the game and force overtime. 

Conn. College - Sophomore forward Matt Lewis (Pembroke, Mass.) had a strong weekend, as Conn. College split its final two non-conference games. On Friday, Lewis scored his first goal of the game with three and a half minutes left in the second period to tie the game at 2-2, then potted the winning goal with just under five minutes remaining. On Saturday, Lewis set up rookie Arty Mirante's (Garden City, N.Y.) tying goal with just two seconds remaining to send the game to overtime. For the weekend, Lewis finished with two goals, one assist, five shots, and 18 face-off wins.

Hamilton – Luke Tchor (Toronto, Ontario) tallied four points in a 2-0 weekend for the Continentals. Tchor scored the game-winning goal on the power play early in the third period and added two assists in a 3-2 win against No. 9 Bowdoin. The junior notched an empty-net goal late in the third period of Hamilton's 4-1 victory against Colby.

Middlebury – Rookie Cole Semeniuk (Oakville, Ontario) tallied his first career goal and added an assist against Trinity, and junior goalie Andrew Heinze (North Andover, Mass.) stopped 50 shots over two contests for the Panthers last week.

Tufts – Senior Brendan Fennell (Melrose, Mass.) finished with a goal and an assist as Tufts lost 4-3 to No. 11 Endicott College on Saturday at home. Classmates Max Resnick (Tampa, Fla.) and Liam O'Hare (Barcelona, Spain) also scored for the Jumbos.

Williams – Brady Welsch (Fond du Lac, Wis.) totaled three assists in two games last week for the Ephs. The junior recorded two assists at Trinity and one helper at Wesleyan.
