NORMAN, Okla. – The Bowdoin men's golf team has been named the 2024-25 Platform Golf Division III Academic National Champion, as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America. Additionally, the Williams squad garnered
The Polar Bears posted a 3.81 team GPA during the academic year, the highest among all Division III programs. They also earned Presidents Special Recognition for maintaining a team average GPA above 3.5. The Williams men's golf team was also one fo 28 teams selected for the All-Academic Team honor.
A GCAA-record 292 schools across six divisions earned a PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award. 129 schools received Presidents Special Recognition for having an average team GPA of 3.5 or above.
