NESCAC Player of the Week
Emily Petersen – Amherst – Jr. – A – Mountain Lakes, N.J.
Petersen scored six goals in two games as the 12th-ranked Mammoths won the Little Three Championship with victories over No. 6 Wesleyan and No. 24 Williams. Petersen scored a pair of goals in Wednesday's triple-overtime win over Wesleyan, including the game-tying goal with one second remaining in the fourth quarter to force overtime. The junior followed that up with four goals, including a game-tying goal to end the third quarter and the game-winner in the fourth, in Amherst's 11-8 win over Williams. Petersen also won four draw controls and picked up two ground balls for the week.
 
NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Bates – Junior Lauren Wong (Walpole, Mass.) scored a career-high four goals against Bowdoin and followed up with three goals and one assist in an 18-11 win over Connecticut College.

ColbyGennie Littlejohn (Cohasset, Mass.) tallied a goal and five assists in a midweek victory over Southern Maine. The five helpers marked a career-high for the senior who currently ranks fourth in the NESCAC with 1.80 assists per game. 

Conn. College – Junior attack Campbell Johnston (Duxbury, Mass.) paced Conn. College with 11 points in two games last week. Johnston started the week with three points on two goals and one assist as the Camels’ upset bid against Trinity fell short. On Saturday, Johnston tallied a career-best eight points with four goals and four assists at Bates.

Hamilton – Senior Alex Orlando (Pelham, N.Y.) had a hand in five of the Continentals' seven goals in a 14-7 setback at Trinity. Orlando scored a season-high four goals and added an assist to match her career-high of five points. The senior midfielder posted four draw controls, three ground balls, and a caused turnover. The four draws tied for another career best.
 
MiddleburyCaroline Adams (Norwich, Vt.) helped Middlebury post a 12-11 win over No. 4 Colby on Saturday. The junior won six draw controls, becoming the second Middlebury player to surpass the 300 plateau. Adams also tallied a pair of goals during the victory and leads the NESCAC with 7.36 draw controls per game. 

Trinity – Senior Brooke Kurtz (Alexandria, Va.) helped power the Bantams to a pair of NESCAC victories over Conn. College and Hamilton (14-7). For the week, Kurtz posted a team-high nine points with two goals and seven assists. In the 10-8 win over the Camels, Kurtz dished out three assists, including a helper on the game-winning goal, and then racked up a team-high six points with two goals and four assists in a 14-7 win over the Continentals on Senior Day.
 
Tufts – Junior attack Allie Zorn (Bedford, Mass.) tallied seven points in a pair of wins against Williams and No. 6 Wesleyan last weekend. In a 10-8 win over Williams, Zorn finished with two goals and an assist, scoring on her only free-position shot. Saturday, in a 15-4 win over No. 6 Wesleyan, Zorn led all players with four goals on six shots, scoring on three of her four attempts from the 8-meter arc. 

Wesleyan – Junior goalkeeper Izzy Weintraub (Oceanside, N.Y.) made 26 saves across three games last week for Wesleyan for a .481 save percentage. Weintraub made a career-high 12 saves on Saturday at Tufts and had 10 saves with nine goals allowed in a triple overtime loss to Amherst on Wednesday.

Williams – Claudia Russell (Danville, Calif.) recorded four goals and two assists in a pair of NESCAC games last week for the No. 23-ranked Ephs. The senior finished with two goals and one assist, respectively, against Tufts on Wednesday and Amherst on Saturday.
