NESCAC Player of the Week
America Rangel – Amherst – Sr. – IF/OF – Poca Rivera, Calif.
Rangel batted .643 in a 3-2 week for the Mammoths, with an on-base percentage of .667 and a slugging percentage of  .714. The senior knocked in one run and scored a team-high seven for the week. In an 8-7 walk-off win over Bates, Rangel was 4-for-4 with a double, RBI, and two runs scored.
 
NESCAC Pitcher of the Week
Sophia DiCocco – Tufts – Gr. – Bozrah, Conn.
 Tufts split series at Middlebury and Williams with DiCocco earning both pitching victories in complete games. The graduate student went seven innings allowing just one unearned run against the Panthers on Friday. At Williams, DiCocco pitched the fourth through seventh innings scoreless helping Tufts overcome a 3-1 deficit to win 4-3. For the week she was 2-0 with seven strikeouts with one walk in 14 innings.
  
NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Amherst – In four relief appearances last week, Dani Torres Werra (Merced, Calif.) was 1-0 with one save and a 2.42 era. Over 8.2 innings, the senior allowed six hits and two walks while striking out eight. Torres Werra earned a save in a 12-8 win over Bowdoin, throwing three innings and allowing one run. 
 
Bates – Misora Hashiramoto (Tokyo, Japan) provided a spark at the bottom of the lineup for Bates, going 2-for-3 with a run scored and a walk in a win over Amherst. The sophomore also scored a run and drove in a run in Game 2 of Friday's doubleheader against the Mammoths. On Sunday at Hamilton, Hashiramoto went 1-for-2 with an RBI and a walk … Delaney Rankin (Harrison, Maine) tossed her second eight-inning complete game this season, going the extra mile to lead Bates to a 5-2 win Friday at Amherst. The junior allowed just one earned run on six hits while striking out five. Rankin turned in another quality start Sunday against Hamilton, giving up three runs on six hits while striking out four. In 12 starts, Rankin is 9-3 with a 1.35 ERA.

Bowdoin – Senior Kyla Gary (San Diego, Calif.) and junior Chloe Garcia (Bakersfield, Calif.) collected four hits each in the Polar Bears’ Game 2 win over Amherst on Sunday. Gary and Garcia had two doubles, with Gary scoring three runs and driving in two and Garcia scoring two and posting four RBI.
 
Colby – Ella Wilcox (Windham, Maine) drove in all three of Colby's runs in Friday's doubleheader with Wesleyan, hitting .667 with a 2-for-3 effort at the plate. In Game 1, the sophomore went 2-for-2 with two RBI and a sacrifice fly as the Mules shut out the Cardinals, 2-0 … KC DeSarno (Mineola, N.Y.) earned the win in Colby's 2-0 victory over Wesleyan on Friday.  The junior toed the circle for five innings without allowing a run, scattering two hits.  The win was DeSarno's third of the season, and she lowered her ERA to a team-leading 3.03. 
 
Hamilton – Alison Zorn (San Diego, Calif.) doubled, tripled, scored the first run, and drove in the third in the Continentals' 3-1 win against Bates. The triple was the first of Zorn's career. The junior handled five chances in the field without an error during Hamilton's doubleheader sweep against the Bobcats … Teagan Graham (Utopia, Ontario) pitched all seven innings and struck out a season-high seven batters in a 6-4 win against Bates. Graham allowed just one run through the first six innings. It was the senior's first NESCAC win since March 30, 2024 against Williams.
 
Middlebury – Kristyn Carroll (Kinnelon, N.J.) helped the Panthers to a pair of NESCAC wins last weekend. The sophomore went a combined 5-for-9 in wins over Trinity and Tufts with two runs scored and three RBI. Carroll came up clutch for Middlebury in the 3-1 victory over the Jumbos, smacking a double down the left-field line that brought home the go-ahead runs … Samantha Hausman (Pound Ridge, NY.) recorded a 0.72 ERA over two appearances in the circle. Coming on in relief in Game 2 against Tufts, the senior gave up just one run over five innings of work to earn her team-leading seventh win and snap the Jumbos’ seven-game winning streak.

TrinityKennedy Rogers (Meridan, Idaho) helped lead the Bantams to a pair of victories. At the dish, the senior batted .308 with four runs batted in, a home run, a double, and a run scored. In a split with Eastern Connecticut, Rogers notched three hits, including a double, with three runs batted in, and added a solo home run in a 4-1 victory over Middlebury … Annie Konieczka (Maynard, Mass.) recorded a pair of victories for Trinity from the pitching circle, grabbing wins over Eastern Connecticut State and Middlebury. Konieczka came up clutch against Middlebury in a crucial NESCAC battle, firing seven innings of one-run ball to help the Bantams capture the 4-1 win.

Tufts – In four games at Middlebury and at Williams, Bella Jimenez (Oak Park, Calif.) hit .500 (8/16) and played a key role in Tufts getting two wins. The graduate student led off Game 1 at Middlebury with a home run and also singled and scored in the fifth inning as part of a 3-1 win. In Game 2 Jimenez was 2-for-4 and scored the only Tufts run following a third-inning single. In Game 1 at Williams, Jimenez singled and scored during a three-run fifth inning when Tufts erased a 3-1 deficit to win 4-3. In Game 2 she went 3-for-4 with an RBI single in the fifth and a base hit and run in the seventh when Tufts scored twice to tie the game at 3-3. Jimenez also had a double and two stolen bases and fielded 21 chances cleanly at second base during the week.

Wesleyan – Isabella Secaira-Cotto (Valley Stream, N.Y.) went 6-for-12 at the plate this past week, batting .500 across four games. The senior shined in a doubleheader at Colby on Saturday, going 2-for-2 with one walk in Game 1 and 3-for-4 in Game 2 … Jacelyn Lees (Watauga, Texas) allowed just two runs over 10 innings thrown in two starts for Wesleyan this past week. The rookie allowed just three hits and one run with no walks on Saturday, earning a win at Colby. She also threw five innings, allowing just one run with four strikeouts on Wednesday at Albertus Magnus.
 
Williams – Alysa DeQuiroz (Los Angeles, Calif.) went a combined 6-of-8 batting, with two RBIs, two runs scored, and one double, in a doubleheader split with Tufts on Sunday. The junior recorded three-hit efforts in both games and registered the game-winning RBI double with two outs in the bottom of the seventh to propel the Ephs to a 4-3 triumph in Game 2 … Katie Blanch (Rye, N.Y.) earned a complete-game win in a 4-3 seven-inning triumph over Tufts Sunday during Game 2 of a doubleheader at Cole Field.
