NESCAC Field Hockey Co-Players of the Week
Mackay Bommer – Bowdoin – Sr. – F – Rye, N.Y.
Bommer lifted the Polar Bears to their first win over Middlebury since 2015, handing the No. 2 ranked Panthers their first conference home loss since 2022 in a 2-1 shootout victory on Saturday. Trailing 1-0 in the third quarter, Bommer netted her fifth goal of the season to even the score. After a scoreless fourth quarter and overtime, the match went to a shootout, where Bommer buried the decisive fifth-round tally to seal the win for Bowdoin.

Ginna Jacoby – Colby – Fy. – GK – Denver, Colo.
Jacoby tallied a career-high 21 saves in Colby's 5-2 win over 10th-ranked Hamilton. The 21 saves are the most in the NESCAC this season and ranks among the top 10 individual performances in NCAA Division III this year. Jacoby fought off an onslaught to open the game, collecting eight saves as the Mules opened up a 3-1 win after the first quarter.  The first-year was just as impressive to close the game, saving six shots in the closing frame. The Mules managed a victory despite being outshot 33-10 and defending 16 penalty corners by the Continentals.
