NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Amherst
– Justine Liqouri (Greenwich, Conn.) scored twice in the Mammoths only game of the week, a 3-2 overtime victory at Bowdoin. Liquori’s provided the game-winner in the 68th minute while the senior’s first goal gave Amherst a brief 2-1 lead in the fourth quarter. Liqouri's nine points (3G, 3A) are second on the team.

Bates – Sophomore Caroline Nowak (Pelham, N.Y.) scored her fourth goal of the season Saturday at Middlebury, delivering the insert on the penalty corner before tallying the goal from the near post on an assist from junior Haley Dwight (West Newbury, Mass.). Nowak, a defender, ranks third on the team in points with 10 (4G, 2A) in 14 games.

Bowdoin - Senior Mackay Bommer (Rye, N.Y.) scored with 9:18 remaining in regulation to force overtime on Saturday against Amherst. Of Bowdoin’s five losses on the year, four have come by a single goal, including three overtime setbacks.

Colby – Sophomore Christina Sweeney (Milton, Mass.) broke a 0-0 tie in the second overtime against Thomas with her 10th goal of the season to lift the Mules to the win. The shutout marked only the third time this season Thomas was held scoreless.

Conn. College – Katie Dolan (Westminster, Mass.) led the Camels with a pair of goals last week, including the game winner, in a 5-1 victory over Johnson & Wales. It marked the first multi-goal game of the senior’s career, and her efforts helped Conn. College finish unbeaten in non-conference play (5-0) for the first time since 2011.

Hamilton Sammy Higgins (Weston, Mass.) finished with two goals in the Continentals' 1-1 week. Higgins' tally with 3:13 left in the fourth quarter, was the last goal in Hamilton's 3-0 win against Trinity. The senior scored early in the fourth quarter against Williams as the Continentals rallied from a three-goal deficit in the final 17 minutes of regulation, only to fall 4-3 in a shootout. Higgins has scored all five goals this season in the last eight games.

Middlebury - Addie Chandler (Denver, Colo.) continued her stellar rookie campaign in a top-10 showdown with Bates. The rookie opened the scoring with her seventh goal of the year on a quick dart and tap into the left side of the cage before adding an assist on Middlebury’s second marker just three minutes later to help seal the 2-1 triumph. The Panther has seven multi-point performances this season and is tied for second in the conference with three game-winning goals.

Tufts Hannah Biccard (Cape Town, South Africa) scored twice in Tufts' 6-0 win at the University of New England on Tuesday in the Jumbos' final non-conference game of the season. The senior tallied the game's first goal just 34 seconds into the action, then added a goal that put Tufts ahead 5-0. Biccard has a NESCAC-best 13 goals on the season.

Wesleyan – Audrey Pace (Los Gatos, Calif.) helped lead Wesleyan to back-to-back shutouts in goal as the Cardinals defeated Western New England and Colby on the road in last week. Pace kept Western New England off the scoreboard, making four saves in goal in 52+ minutes of action in a 2-0 win on Wednesday. The senior followed with another four saves in nearly 57 minutes in a 4-0 win at Colby on Saturday. Pace has seven combined shutouts on the year, tied for the highest single-season total in team history.
