The NESCAC Runners of the Week will be announced on Tuesdays throughout the cross country season. The October 21 selections mark the final selections of the 2025 regular season.

NESCAC Cross Country Runners of the Week 

Men's Cross Country
Rick Yanashita – Williams – Sr. – San Jose, Calif.
Yanashita placed sixth in a field of 264 runners at the Conn. College Invitational Blue Race covering the 8K course in a personal-best time of 24:16. The senior led the Ephs to a fifth-place finish our of 34 teams. 

Women’s Cross Country
Audrey MacLean - Middlebury – Jr. – Tiburon, Calif.
MacLean won the Conn. College Invitational Blue Race. The junior paced the pack and led by nearly two seconds at the first split. MacLean continued to put distance between herself and the rest of the field and crossed the finish line in a winning time of 20:17, 23 seconds ahead of the runner-up. The Panthers placed sixth overall out of 33 teams.
