NESCAC Field Hockey Player of the Week
Kelly Janssen – Hamilton – So. – Goalkeeper – Greenwich, Conn.
Janssen was instrumental in leading the Continentals to a 2-1 win at Amherst in their lone game last week. Janssen entered the game at the start of the third quarter with the score tied 1-1 and made four saves, including three in the two overtime periods. The sophomore proceeded to turn away all three shootout attempts by the Mammoths while Hamilton went 3-for-3. Janssen hasn't allowed a goal in more than 116 minutes.

Amherst 
– Justine Liguori (Greenwich, Conn.) tallied five points in a 6-1 win over Smith. The senior scored once and handed out three assists to lead the Mammoths.

BatesElsa Copeland (Toronto, Ontario) had a hand in three out of the four goals the Bobcats scored Saturday in their 4-0 win over Connecticut College. The sophomore assisted the first goal of the game and scored her fifth goal of the season on a breakaway for the third goal of the contest. Copeland added an assist on senior captain Brooke Moloney-Kolenberg's (Winchester, Mass.) team-leading eighth goal of the year. Copeland's five assists are tied with Moloney-Kolenberg for first on the team.

Bowdoin - Junior Emily Ferguson (Shrewsbury, Mass.) scored the first goal for the Polar Bears on Saturday at Wesleyan, giving her a career-best tenth goal of the year.

Colby – Junior Bridget Everett (Barnstable, Mass.) tallied the game-winner in a 2-1 win at Trinity. Everett's fifth goal of the season gives her three markers in the last four games.  

Conn. College – Megan Pons (Charlotte, N.C.) netted her first career goal last week to help the Camels to a 3-1 victory over WPI. The junior notched the game-winning goal in the opening quarter as Conn. College recorded its first win over the Engineers since 1985.

Tufts Eleanor Helm (Loudonville, N.Y.) assisted a goal and scored the other in Tufts' 2-1 victory at Middlebury on Saturday. The rookie sent a corner insert out to junior Claire Casey (Charlotte, N.C.) whose shot gave Tufts a 1-0 lead in the second quarter. Helm scored early in the fourth quarter, getting a step on a defender in front of the goal and redirecting a pass from sophomore Ellie Wilkins (Charlotte, N.C.) into the cage to put Tufts up 2-0.

Wesleyan – Senior Georgia Adams (Andover, Mass.) registered her first multi-goal game of the season and the 10th of her career, helping lead the Cardinals to a 4-2 come-from-behind win over Bowdoin on Saturday at home. Adams knocked in the opening goal and the equalizer early in the third quarter to tie the score and kick start a string of three unanswered second half goals as Wesleyan overcame a 2-1 halftime deficit in the two-goal win.

Williams – Senior captain Kiki Higgins (Weston, Mass.) scored her team-leading eighth goal of the season against as No. 15 Williams battled No. 2 Johns Hopkins on Friday.
