The NESCAC Runners of the Week will be announced on Tuesdays throughout the cross country season

Flora Biro - Amherst - Fy. - Louisville, Ky.
First-year Flora Biro led Amherst to its third straight Little Three Championship title with a first-place finish in the women's race. In her first collegiate race, Biro posted a time of 15:06.7 to lead the field of 57 runners. The Mammoths finished with 30 points to top host Williams by four points.
 
Chuckie Namiot - Williams - Sr. - Ridgefield, Conn.
In a sprint to the finish, Charles Namiot emerged as the winner of the men's race at the Little Three Championship to lead the Ephs. Namiot crossed the line in a time of 18:45 and Williams finished in second place with 31 points.
