NESCAC Co-Players of the Week
Emelia Krakora – Bowdoin – Sr. – M – Pittsburgh, Pa.
Krakora scored a pair of last-second goals to lift the Polar Bears to a pair of one-goal wins last week, including a tally with six seconds remaining as Bowdoin earned its first NESCAC win of the season at Amherst Saturday, 8-7. The senior followed up with a game-winning goal with 15 seconds left on Wednesday night in a 15-14 win at Roger Williams. Krakora led Bowdoin in scoring this week, finishing with seven goals across the two games. 

Caroline Adams – Middlebury – So. – M/A – Norwich, Vt.
Adams played a major role in a 3-0 week for Middlebury, including a pair of wins over top-10 teams. The Panther led the team with 14 points (6G, 8A), including a career-best six points (4G, 2A) against Franklin & Marshall. Adams paced all players with 23 draw controls and leads the league averaging 7.43 per game.
 
NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
AmherstMia Raven (Philadelphia, Pa.) had a hand in 8 of 12 Amherst goals last week, an 0-2 week in which the Mammoths lost to MIT 11-5 and Bowdoin 8-7. In the loss to the Polar Bears, Raven scored two goals and added three assists. The rookie also led the team with six draw controls. In the loss to MIT, Raven scored twice and assisted on another goal. 

Bates – Junior Caroline Taggart (Concord, Mass.) had a huge game against Plymouth State, scoring five goals and dishing out three assists in a 23-15 win for the Bobcats. Taggart also recorded two ground balls in the victory. Bates' 23 goals were the most for the women's lacrosse team in one game since 2006.

ColbyJulia Maimonis (Lexington, Mass.) led Colby at both ends of the field in a stellar performance Saturday against Hamilton.  The sophomore tallied her first career hat trick with two goals in the first quarter and another in the second as the Mules built a 7-0 lead. Defensively she helped Colby hold the Continentals to two goals, the lowest tally allowed by Colby to a NESCAC opponent in the last 10 years.  Maimonis collected two ground balls and caused three turnovers. 

Conn. College - Sophomore attack Kate Coughlin (Reading, Mass.) continued her strong play with seven points on six goals and one assist to lead Conn to a 1-1 week. In the first game of the week on Wednesday against Westfield State, Coughlin recorded two goals and one assist in the first half, before sparking a comeback in the fourth quarter. With the Camels down 9-7 entering the final quarter, Coughlin scored back-to-back goals to tie the game before Conn eventually came away with an 11-9 win over the Owls. On Friday night against Middlebury, Coughlin recorded two of the three Conn goals, as the Camels fell to the top-ranked Panthers.

Hamilton – Senior Meghan Lane (Wilton, Conn.) tied a career-high with six ground balls and added two caused turnovers and two draw controls against Colby. Lane chipped in five draws, three ground balls, and two caused turnovers at Colorado College.

TrinityMolly McGuckin (Darien, Conn.) netted seven goals in a three-game week, where the Bantams went 1-2. The sophomore had back-to-back hat tricks to begin her week against visiting Springfield College (10-9 win) and at Williams (8-6 loss). McGuckin also handed out two assists to finish the week with nine points and lead the Bantams for the week. 

Tufts – Junior Kathryn Fernandopulle (Cambridge, Mass.) had another strong week for the Jumbos, helping Tufts to a 2-0 week to stay undefeated with wins over Western Connecticut State and Endicott. On Saturday against Western Connecticut, Fernandopulle finished with game-high totals of seven ground balls and four caused turnovers in a 22-2 win and added two ground balls, two caused turnovers, and an assist in a 19-8 win over Endicott. 

Wesleyan - Laura Baine (Rye, N.Y.) totaled eight goals and nine points to lead the Wesleyan attack in a week where the Cardinals defeated Endicott 15-8 and St. Lawrence 14-5 by wide margins at home. The senior scored four goals, matching a career-high, in both games while her five points against Endicott is a new season-high.

Williams – Senior Anj Raman (Lexington, Mass.) made a career-high 11 saves and only allowed three goals in the first 30 minutes of an 8-6 win over Trinity Friday evening at Farley-Lamb Field in Williamstown, Mass. Raman improved to 4-1 in net this season.
