Charlie Randall - Amherst - So. - F - Larchmont, N.Y.
Randall posted his fourth double-double of the season, scoring 22 points and grabbing 10 rebounds, as the sixth-seeded Mammoths upset third-seeded Conn. College, 65-57, in the NESCAC Quarterfinals, the only upset of either the men's or women's tournament. Randall shot 64.7 percent from the floor in the victory and was 8-for-10 in the first half as the sophomore scored 16 of his 22 points in the first stanza. Randall hit two key jumpers to help Amherst maintain the lead as the Camels closed within two points late in the game.
 
NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
Conn. College – David Murray (Jackson Heights, N.Y.) led the Camels with 20 points on 7-for-14 shooting in the NESCAC Quarterfinals against Amherst. The senior also finished with two rebounds and two blocks as Conn nearly erased a 15-point deficit in its first home quarterfinals game in 22 years.

HamiltonHank Morgan (Caldwell, N.J.) topped the Continentals with 23 points, eight rebounds, and three steals in a 67-47 setback at Williams in a NESCAC Quarterfinal. Morgan scored 20 or more points in 12 games this season. The junior guard stands at 996 career points.

Middlebury – Senior Noah Osher (Northbrook, Ill.) finished his career ranked 14th on Middlebury’s all-time scoring list with 1,166 points. The Panther led the squad with a career-best average of 17.1 points per game this season and scored 427 total points. 

TrinityBen Callahan-Gold (New York, N.Y.) posted another double-digit game with 26 points to lead the Bantams to a 74-67 quarterfinal victory against visiting Wesleyan. The senior dominated the boards with eight rebounds and recorded three blocks, one steal, and two assists. Callahan-Gold went 6-for-7 from the charity stripe (86%), 4-for-6 from beyond the arc (67%), and 8-for-11 from the floor (73%).

Tufts - Scott Gyimesi (Fair Haven, N.J.) helped the Tufts men's basketball team to a 20-point win over Middlebury in the NESCAC Quarterfinals, as the sophomore posted his 17th double-double of the season with a team-high 15 points to go with 13 rebounds. Gyimesi was 7-of-9 from the floor while making his only 3-pointer of the game as Tufts advanced to the NESCAC Semifinals for the third time in the last four seasons. 

Williams – Cole Prowitt-Smith (Fairfield, Conn.) scored 19 points, tied for the most on the team, and equaled a career-high and game-high 13 rebounds in a 67-47 triumph over No. 8-seeded Hamilton in the NESCAC Quarterfinals.
