NESCAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week
Lorcan Mitchell - Fy. - F – West Springfield, Mass.
Mitchell scored the game-winning goals in both of the Ephs' wins last weekend. The rookie buried the game-winning tally during the 77th minute in a 2-0 win over Bates on Saturday and tallied the game-winner in the 62nd minute in a 1-0 victory versus No. 14 Cortland.

NESCAC Weekly Honor Roll
AmherstMohammed Nuhu (Accra, Ghana) scored three goals in a 2-0-0 week for the Mammoths. The sophomore netted a hat trick in the first half to give Amherst a 3-0 lead at the break in a 7-1 win over Manhattanville. Nuhu added an assist on the only goal in a 1-0 victory over Wesleyan. 

BatesCesar Hoover (San Diego, Calif.) scored his first two goals of the season in a 6-1 win over the University of Maine at Farmington on Tuesday. Hoover’s first goal was a beautiful finish into the lower left side of the net off an assist from teammate Tife Agunloye (Monroe, Conn.). The junior’s second tally was a penalty kick less than a minute later. The assist was Agunloye’s fourth of the season. The senior has 16 points through 10 matches, the most in the NESCAC.
 
Bowdoin - Senior Carlton Steinberg (Westborough, Mass.) scored a first-half goal for the Polar Bears, giving them a halftime lead against Middlebury on Saturday.

ColbyMario Simoes (Belem, Brazil) tallied two goals last week, including the game-winner at RPI. The senior’s strike on Saturday at Hamilton knotted the match at 1-1 early in the second half, and Simones notched his fifth goal of the year at RPI six minutes into play that gave Colby an early lead en route to a 3-0 victory. 

Connecticut College - First-year defender Dylan Hoke’s (Westport, Conn.) second career goal was the game-winner in the Camels’ 3-2 win over Trinity. Early in the second half, Hoke headed home a corner to extend the Camels’ lead to 3-1, before helping Conn. College shut the door to secure the victory in the lone game of the week for the squad.
 
Hamilton – Senior Pandelis Margaronis (Bethesda, Md.) scored the go-ahead goal in the 60th minute of a 2-1 victory against Colby and had the assist on the first goal in the 86th minute of the Continentals' 2-0 win at Ithaca. Margaronis also helped lead a defense that didn't allow a single shot in a 1-0 triumph against Bates.

Middlebury – Sophomore Colin Dugan (Avon, Conn.) gave Middlebury a 1-0 edge over Bowdoin five minutes into the action and played a major role in a come-from-behind win. Knotted at 2-2 late in the second half, Dugan tallied the game-winning goal at the 75:18 mark to help lift the Panthers past the Polar Bears, 4-2. The contest marked the first multi-goal game for Dugan. 
 
 Tufts - Xavier Canfin (Tarrytown, N.Y.) scored in the 88th minute against No. 12 Babson to even the score and help the Jumbos earn a 1-1 draw. The sophomore struck again in the second game of the week, scoring the Jumbos’ third goal of four in the first half en route to a 6-0 win over Trinity. Canfin’s two-goal week helped the Jumbos remain unbeaten with an 8-0-2 overall record and 5-0-1 NESCAC mark.
