The NESCAC Runners of the Week will be announced on Tuesdays throughout the cross country season. This is the final NESCAC Runner of the Week selections for the 2024 season. The NESCAC Cross Country Championships will be held November 2 in Brunswick, Maine on the campus of Bowdoin College.

Chuckie Namiot - Williams - Sr. - Ridgefield, Conn.
Namiot finished third at the Connecticut College Invitational. The senior posted a time of 24:14 over the 8K course and was the top NESCAC runner in the men's Blue Race. Namiot's performance helped the Ephs claimthird place in the team standings in a field of 35 teams and 269 runners.

Audrey MacLean - Middlebury - So. - Tiburon, Calif.
MacLean won the women's Blue Race at the Connecticut College Invitational. The sophomore crossed the finish line in a winning time of 20:44.60, outpacing the field of 277 runners by 15.8 seconds while lowering her personal-best collegiate mark by 3.6 seconds. MacLean helped the Panthers finish eighth in the team standings.
