Pinard of Williams Named NSCAA New England Coach of the Year
KANSAS CITY, Kan. Williams College womens soccer coach Michelyne Pinard has been named the 2009 NSCAA/Mondo New England Division III Coach of the Year by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). This marks the second time that Pinard has been accorded NSCAA New England Coach of the Year honors as she previously was selected in 2007.

Four NESCAC Women's Soccer Players Garner All-America Recognition from NSCAA
KANSAS CITY, Kan. Four NESCAC women's soccer players have been selected by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) as All-Americans. Seniors Anjuli Demers (Dracut, Mass.) of Middlebury and Brianna Wolfson (Brookville, N.Y.) of Williams were chosen as members of the Second Team, while fellow Eph Kara Duggan (Poway, Calif.) along with Amherst's Meg Murphy (Springfield, Mass.) earned Third Team honors.

HADLEY, Mass. Middlebury and Williams saw their seasons come to a close on Saturday during the sectional semifinal round of the 2009 NCAA Womens Soccer Tournament. The Ephs, the 2009 NESCAC Womens Soccer Champions, fell 1-0 to TCNJ while the Panthers also suffered a 1-0 loss, theirs coming at Johns Hopkins.

Middlebury Falls to Johns Hopkins 1-0 in NCAA Women's Soccer
BALTIMORE, Md. - The Middlebury women's soccer team saw its season come to an end with a 1-0 loss at Johns Hopkins in an NCAA Sectional match-up. The Panthers end their season with a 14-4-2 mark, a trip to the NESCAC finals and a pair of NCAA Tournament wins.

TCNJ Tops Williams 1-0 in NCAA Women's Soccer Sectionals
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. In a season that began with expectations of besting last years Final Four appearance, and winning the programs first NCAA Championship, the Williams womens soccer team saw their bid fall short this afternoon. The College of New Jerseys Allyson Anderson scored at the 64:56 mark to push her squad past the previously undefeated sectional host, 1-0. The Ephs finish their impressive 2009 campaign at 19-1.
