VIDEO: Signing Ceremony

Dravis, who is courageously battling Addison's Disease, joined the Eph squad through Team IMPACT, a Boston-based nonprofit whose mission is to improve the quality of life for children facing serious and chronic illnesses.

On hand today for the signing ceremony with Noelle was her mother Rebecca and her father Stephen. Eph head women's golf coach Tomas Adelsteinsson welcomed everyone and mentioned how excited his team was to have Noelle joining up with them.

Adalsteinsson then introduced Williams College head softball coach and senior women's administrator, Kris Herman, who is a founder of Team IMPACT. Herman noted that Team IMPACT is now in 48 states with over 500 colleges and universities participating in the support of more than 1,300 youngsters.

Dravis will attend Eph practices, matches, tournaments, and team dinners and through the power of team utilize an extended support network from which both she and the Eph team will gain inspiration and perspective. Dravis joins the Eph team and the student athletes on the team join her support team.

Through Team IMPACT each child gains great strength, camaraderie, and support and the student athletes are taught lessons about courage, resiliency and life perspective that they can't learn in a classroom. Team IMPACT improves the quality of life for children facing life-threatening and chronic illnesses through the power of team.

Through a structured relationship management methodology, Team IMPACT establishes and cultivates these relationships to ensure a successful experience for the families and teams involved.

To ensure the highest quality relationship possible, tremendous effort is placed on both the match-up process and relationship management.

The Williams women's golf team is the seventh Williams team to sign a teammate through Team IMPACT.
